He is survived by: his mother Florence Smith (McKnight); his daughters, Lori Smith (Jim Ballard) of Alliance, Angela Smith (Christopher Holmes) of Akron and Erica Smith (David Caputo) of Singapore; his grandchildren, Issac Smith (Alyssa), Bralynn Ceresna, Jace Ceresna, Toni Schmied, Kaylee Atkins, Colin Atkins, Desai Holland, Amelia Caputo and Sawyer Caputo; his stepmother Marilyn Smith; and his siblings, Cindy Brick, Marianne Miller, Herbert Smith (Karen) and Terry Engle. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Sharer-Stirling-Skivolocke Funeral Home (1000 S Union Ave, Alliance, OH 44601). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 6:30 PM at the Don Poncho's Restaurant (2105 W. State St., Alliance, OH 44601).
