He is survived by: his wife Phyllis (Zeller); his daughters, Donna Essick of Alliance and Linda Hendershot of Grandville, MI; his grandchildren, Stephen Hendershot (Afton) of Alexandria, VA, Jan Essick of Alliance, Sara Johnson (Kyle) of Jenison, MI and Amy Essick of Lakewood, OH; and his great grandchildren, Avery and Peyton Johnson.
