He is survived by: his mother Phyllis Clouse (Lafontaine) of Alvada; his children, Ben Clouse (Katie) of Dayton, Brad Clouse of Alvada, Sydney Clouse and Calob Clouse of Dayton; his grandson Cooper; his siblings, Jean Turowski (Bob) of Delaware, Gary Clouse (Regina) of New Riegel, Jane Puszczewicz (Tom) of Michigan, Dennis Clouse (Sandy) of Colorado, Lois Borthwick (Kendall) of Kansas, Lynn Igo (Steve) of Michigan, Geoff Clouse (Michelle) of Alvada and Matt Clouse (Tammy) of Alvada; and his mother-in-law Shirley Anese of Tiffin. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
