He was predeceased by: his mother Cynthia Sloat; his grandmother Janet; his father Irvin Sloat; and his siblings, Regina Thompson, Daniel Sloat, Irvin "Turtle" Sloat Jr., Kelly Fabo and Richard Sloat.
He is survived by: his spouse Rosabelle Carter; his children, Jason Lee Sloat Jr. (Chantelle), Jestin Levi Sloat Sr. (Kori), Diane Peters and Journee Leana Sloat; his grandchildren, Wyatt, Jestin, Henry, Jordyn and Harmony; his siblings, Terri Fruth (Steve), Carl Meckes (Gina), Holly Kinder (Rick), Heather Naftzger (Jeremy) and Patrick Fasig; his nephew Mitchell White; and his stepfather Timothy Fasig.
