He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Brown and Cleo Brown (Ratliff); and his wife Betty. He is survived by: his children, Bob Brown of Lancaster and Lydia Sahr (Don) of Byrdstown, TN; his grandchildren, Nikki Brown, Corey Brown (Misha), Sarah Boyer (Brandon) and Krista Tobin (Sean); and his caregiver Beth of Fairhope. He is also survived by two great grandchildren; one brother; many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Taylor-Theller Funeral Home (111 W Main St, Amanda, OH 43102). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, friends may make memorial contributions to Fairhope Hospice & Palliative Care, 282 Sells Rd., Lancaster, OH 43130.
