He was predeceased by : his father L. D. Queen; his grandparents, Pete Black and Shirley Black Miller; his great-grandparents, Jesse and Virginia McKee; and his grandparents, Lloyd and Marian Queen.

He is survived by : his mother Jessi L. Brown (Black) of Lancaster; his close friend Brittany McCoy; his children, Mason, Colton, Riley and Jace; and his siblings, Suzi Black of Columbus, Crystal Bridenstine (Kirk) of Kenton, Travis Queen (Sandy) of Navarre, FL and Daniel Brown (Ashley) of Lancaster. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins; many close and special friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made directly to the family for the benefit of his children.
