He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Williard and Charlotte Williard (Chambers); his daughter Sheri Williard; and his sisters, Barbara Harber and Sharon Davis.
He is survived by: his wife Pat Williard (Valentine); his daughter Corina Walters (Sean) of Amanda; his grandchildren, Rachel (Tyler Seyfang) and Daniel Walters; and his siblings, Dale Williard (Patty) of Stoutsville, Marlene Hedges (Harry) of Laurelville and Debbie Watkins (Tim) of Carlisle, KY. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
