She was predeceased by : her parents, Arnold Patrick (Pat) and Susan Patrick (Clarence); her sisters, Mary (Billie), Louise Verbance Sr. (Daniel) and Virginia Patrick; and her brother-in-law Gary Salyer.
She is survived by : her sons, Mark Cremeans and Michael Cremeans (Connie); her sister Shirley Salyer; her granddaughter Anna Cremeans; her niece Gina Johnson (Tim); her nephews, Danny and Dennis Verbance (Kim); and her friends, Lawrence and Phyllis Cordell.
