He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest Hoffman and Dorothy Hoffman (VanGundy); and his sister Donna Romine. He is survived by: his wife Karen Hoffman (Sharp); his children, Jerry Hoffman (Rita) of Amanda, Annette O'Bryant (Pat) of Chillicothe, Darrell Hoffman (Lindsay) of Amanda, Debbie Bowles (Troy) of Amanda, Kenny Hoffman (Michelle) of Laurelville and Jeff Hoffman (Lindsey) of Laurelville; and his sister Carol Norris of Amanda. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren.
