He is survived by : his wife Betty Peters (Adams); his children, Susan Peters of Grants, NM, Rita Carter of Logan, Karen Torlone (Lindsey) of South Point, OH and Brad Peters of Logan; his grandson Patrick Parnell of Newport, KY; and his siblings, Patsy Edwards (Dale) of Circleville and Dan Peters (Carrie) of Pinellas Park, FL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
