He is survived by: his mother Reba Kelley (Miller) of Tarlton; his children, Ryan Kelley (Nicole Parrish) of Lancaster, Cody Kelley (Katelynn) of Circleville, Angela Abel (Chad) of Carroll and Travis Perry (Sally) of Lancaster; his grandchildren, McKenzie, Colton Kelley, Lance and Zac Abel; and his siblings, Jennifer Kelley of Lancaster, Keith Kelley (Cheryl) of Chillicothe, Mike of Lancaster and Shawn Kelley of Lancaster. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
