He is survived by : his wife Shirley Thornton (Hedrick); his children, Sarah Bryant of Columbus and Christopher "Walt" Thornton (Amalie) of Lancaster; his grandchildren, Tessa Thornton, Farrah, Caleb and Lana Prince; and his sister Nancy Conkle (Darryl) of Canal Winchester. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the funeral home to assist with expenses.
