He is survived by: his children, Rita Francis (Bill) of Amanda, Margaret Thomas (Mike) of Beattyville, KY and Max E. Henderly (Billye) of Sautee Naccoochee, GA; and his grandchildren, Malinda Sullivan (Larry), Angie Bolin (Craig), Wendy Booth (Tom), Mark Francis (Megan) and Stuart Henderly (Derek). He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren; 4 great great grandchildren.
