Addilyn Mae Fortner Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on February 16, 2026, at the age of 6, Addilyn Mae Fortner (Amelia, Ohio) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the vast expanse of eternity, Addilyn shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Addilyn farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.

She is survived by: her parents, Ryan Fortner and Sarah Fortner (Kress); and her grandparents, Kathy Miller, Tim, Georgia Fortner, Scott, Patricia Kress and John Miller. She is also survived by several uncles, aunts and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, Addilyn's family suggests that memorial donations be made to Lung Research & Support at Cincinnati Children's Hospital.
