He is survived by: his wife Juanita "Nita" Spurlock; his son Tom Spurlock (Lynne) of Acworth, GA; his grandson Austin Spurlock (Taylor); his great grandchild Bennett of Dallas, GA; his daughter Catherine Spurlock Grossman of Winston-Salem, NC; his grandsons, Atlas Eliott Grossman of Fairbanks Alaska and Samuel Grossman of Punxsutawney, PA.; his stepdaughters, Ranita Jones (Don) of New Richmond, OH, Diana Kozdemba of Hardinsburg, KY, Sonya Bramlage (Larry) and Sheri Johnson (Nick Comberger) of Cincinnati, OH.; his stepgrandchildren, Matthew Jones (Sarah) of Cincinnati, Ohio., Andrew Jones (Rachel) of Cincinnati, Ohio., Amber Stanley (Kent) of Cincinnati, Ohio., Nicole Wing (Ben) of Cincinnati, Ohio. and Dana Kilcoyne (Matt) of Cincinnati, Ohio.; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Stella, Jocelyn, Carly Jones, Piper Stanley and Keen Wing.
