He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Purvis and Virginia Campbell. He is survived by: his wife Tammy Purvis; his children, Dennis Purvis II (Christa), Gabriel Lovato, Seth Bolender, Kristina Pyle (Kris) and Stephanie Speer (Coy); his grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Maren, Keira, Giada, Jacob, David Ryan, Lindsey, Ethan and Gwenaviere; and his great grandchild Margot. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Ohio Pike Church of God (92 E Main St, Amelia, OH 45102).
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made toward the memorial expenses payable directly to the funeral home.
