She was predeceased by: her mother Edna Bohlke; her husband Henry Wise; and her sisters, Lorraine Snyder, Delores Behymer and Carolyn Foster.

She is survived by: her children, Tim Wise (Aileen), Tom Wise and Trenia Oldendick (Rick); her grandchildren, Shannon Wise, Kelly Wise, Joshua Wise, Mike Wise, Joe Wise, Cari Persing (Evan) and Traci Schmidt (Blake); her great grandchildren, Vivian Schmidt, Cameron Schmidt, Griffin Persing, Kaitlyn Lambert, Alex Strickland, Natalie Strickland, Mia Strickland, Alyssa Hutchinson, Gunner Wise and Oakleigh Wise; and her sister Harriet Lanham.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Fay's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
