He was predeceased by: his wife Connie Lou Ragan; his son Gary Ragan; his parents, John Reagan and Bertha Powers; his stepfather Preston Powers; and his siblings, Helen Stratton, Evelyn Watson, Edgar Ragan, John Ragan, James Ragan, Curly Ragan, Charles Ragan, Granville Ragan, Audrey Ragan and Erma Ragan.
He is survived by: his children, Don Ragan, Tim Ragan and Lisa Faulkner (Garey); his grandchildren, Gary Faulkner (Miranda), Jeremiah Ragan (Sabrina), Kara Booze, Travis Booze, Shawna Booze, Samantha Joshua, Christina West, Joshua Ragan and Jessica Mullinax (DJ); and his sibling Gay Storey.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the E. C. Nurre Funeral Home (177 W Main St, Amelia, OH 45102). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
