He was predeceased by : his sister MaryLou Mitchell. He is survived by : his wife Pamela (Gaines); his daughters, Jennifer Dabbelt, Kristine Montague (Jeff) and Becca Smith (Nathan); and his grandchildren, Mackenzie, Mason, Jacob, Liam, Charlotte, Nora and Henry.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association and/or Hospice of Cincinnati.
