She is survived by: her boyfriend Dennis William Ballinger; her parents, Joanne Esther Scaggs and David Lee Scaggs; her siblings, Steven Paul Scaggs and Rachel Elizabeth Rosing (Jeremy); her nephews, William Lee Scaggs, Lucas Paul Scaggs, Cooper Gregory Rosing and Samuel Allan Rosing; and her niece Gabrielle Joanne Rosing. She is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles and cousins.
