A.); his wife Janice Cook; his children, Vanessa Wyatt (Greg) and Terry Cook (Debbie); his grandchildren, Eric Simpson (April), Seth Cook (Rachel), Zach Wyatt (Alicia) and Tarin Cook; and his great grandchildren, Elijah, Chance, Skylar, Bella and Robin.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the E. C. Nurre Funeral Home (177 W Main St, Amelia, OH 45102). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
