She was predeceased by: her parents, John A. Pennington and Mahala Muncy Pennington; her husband Carl Dyer Sr.; her daughter Carolyn Sue Anderson (Earnest); and her sisters, Lizzie Hawbaker, Mae Burleson, Minnie Belle Muncy, Lucinda Ellis, Ruth Hutt and Gracie Pennington.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah Reynolds (Tom) and Carl Dyer Jr.; her grandchildren, Nicholas Anderson (Jamie), Kimberly Smith (Jayson), Tyler Anderson (Morgan) and C. J. Dyer; and her great grandchildren, Karalinn Anderson, Donovann Anderson, Charlotte Anderson and Amelia Anderson.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Hospice of Cincinnati.
