He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Victor and Clara Mary Justice; his siblings, Marilyn Drew, Stephen Daniel Justice, Patricia Louise Koch, Robert Justice and John Justice; and his daughter-in-law Shelia Justice.

He is survived by: his wife Joan Justice; his children, Jennifer Haley, Thomas "Paul" Justice (Karen), Stephanie Moore (Charles) and Douglas Justice; and his siblings, William P. Justice and Karen Hogan. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren.
