He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Woodrow and Doris Marie Wolfe Hines; his great grandchild Jace Oliver Welker; and his stepgranddaughter Adilynn Shay Nichols. He is survived by: his wife Cindy L. Duffy Hines of Amesville; his daughters, Tracy Hines of Athens and Natalie Hines of Athens; his stepchildren, Steven Forgoress of Amesville, Miranda Knott (Chad Preece) of McArthur and Teri Lynn Burcher (Stephen Nichols) of Amesville; his grandchildren, Jordyn Hines (Nalend Driggs), Olivia Welker (Brock), Anderson and Avery Shust; his great grandchildren, Tucker and Colt Welker; his stepgrandchildren, Gage, Gunner, Gabby, Hunter Forgoress, Jayden Knott, Teylar, Izabella Nichols and Madi Preece; his brothers, James Hines (Barbara) of Athens and Michael Hines (Kathleen) of Fairborn, OH; his brother-in-law Demetrios Prokos (Holli) of Athens; his close friend Mike McGuire; his cousin Kristin Clark; and his pets, Angel and Tess. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
