He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Skinner and Marion Hillyer Skinner; his daughter Angela Graham; and his siblings, Wayne, Roger Skinner and Sandy McNally.

He is survived by: his wife June Ward Skinner of Amesville; his children, William Lee (Kelsey) of Copperas Cove, TX, Amanda Lee of McAurther and Alisha Skinner (Aaron McVey) of Stewart; his sisters, Copper Skinner of Athens and Barb Skinner of Amesville; and his pet Chester. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
