She was predeceased by: her husband L. Hall Sr. of Alaska; her siblings, Harmon Phillips, Roger Phillips, Wanda Jenny, Bonnie Strader, Dollie and Dorothy Phillips; and her parents, Theo Phillips and Edna Pearl Phillips.
She is survived by: her children, L. Hall Jr. (Brenna) of Creston, OH, Maggie I. Anadell (Michael) of Brownhelm Twp, Edna M. Adams (Donald) of Norwalk, Hazel A. Michowka (Jerry) of Shiloh and Pamela I. Hall Forrider of New London; her grandchildren, Jessica, Donald Jr., Patrick, Tommy, Briana, Jerry Jr., Michael Jr., Bret, Elaina, Jaiden and Adrian; and her brother Waldo Phillips of South Amherst. She is also survived by her fifteen great-grandchildren.
