He is survived by: his sons, Matthew Petek (Eduardo) of Rocky River and Christopher Petek (Brian) of Rocky River; and his sisters, Alesandra Petek of Cleveland, Audrey Nolan of Goleta, Arlene Burdine of Glendale and Alice Howe of St. Louis, Missouri..
