He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Sr. Kabasan and Margaret Kabasan. He is survived by: his children, Hiedi Winston of Amherst, Carl Balzer III (Candice) of New London, Holly A. Maxwell (Eric) of Amherst, Jennifer Kobylarz of Groton, NY and Jimmy Balzer (Kristi) of Castle Rock, CO. He is also survived by his eleven grandchildren; his seven great-grandchildren;his two brothers; and his three sisters.
