He is survived by: his parents, Nancy Fly (Hatcher) and Daniel L. Fly; his brothers, David (Trang) and Kevin (Susie); his children, Kristen Henry (Erik), Ashley Andrewski (Kevin), Danielle Hendrickson and Daniel Andrew; his grandchildren, Isabella, Adam, Kolby, Drenic, Brooklyn and Danica; his aunt Judy Sheriff; and his in-laws, Hugh, Linda Knapp, Wendy Shonk (David), Lori Knapp and Michael Knapp (Tina). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, November 9th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Trinity E-Free Church (46485 Middle Ridge Rd, Amherst, OH 44001).
