Dennis B. Moskal Obituary

We announce the death of Dennis B. Moskal of Amherst, Ohio, who passed away on August 21, 2026, at the age of 79. Dennis will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Dennis will be remembered for the impact he had on the lives of those around him. Friends, family, and colleagues will cherish their memories and the time shared. Those who knew Dennis will remember moments of kindness, warmth, and presence. Though words cannot fully capture his life, the legacy of connections and experiences remains. Dennis’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued his companionship.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John Moskal and Mary Moskal; and his sister Mary Ann Kerecz. He is survived by: his siblings, Pam Waite (Dennis) and Jack Moskal (Mary Ann). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, relatives, and friends.

Visitation was held on Thursday, August 27th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Gluvna-Shimo-Hromada Funeral Chapel (3224 Broadway, Lorain, OH 44055). A funeral service was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 from 10:15 AM to 10:30 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (200 St Joseph Dr, Amherst, OH 44001).
