He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Smith and Eleanor Smith; and his brother Martin Smith. He is survived by: his wife Beverly Smith of Amherst; his children, Frederick P. Smith Jr. of Vermilion, David Smith (Donna) of Vermilion, Brian Smith (Melissa) of Amherst and Heather Morell (Pudge) of Lorain; his grandchildren, David Jr., Kyle, Kaylee, MacKenzie, Colin, Tyler, Christopher, Owen, Alana, Annie and Gracie; and his great grandchildren, Brantley and Brady.
