He was predeceased by: his father John; his brothers, Ron and Jeff; and his nephew Casey. He is survived by: his children, Gage and Crystal; the mother of his children Tina; his mother Rose; his brother Randy (Kelly); and his sister-in-law Shelly Livingston. He is also survived by his five grandchildren.
