Slack of Amherst; and her sisters, Linda Bray of Amherst, Rita Greiner (Gary) of Amherst, Sharon Hill (Robert) of Vermilion and Edna Canter (Robert) of Amherst.

The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to a charity of the donor's choice .
