She was predeceased by: her significant other Reno Jerry Fields; her brother Anthony Moore; and her parents, Bobbie Moore and Jack Moore. She is survived by: her son Jeremy Fields (April Miller) of Lakewood; her stepdaughter Angela Graham (Richard) of Alabama; her grandchildren, Morgan Fetsko (Brian), Scarlett Graham and Marcus Graham; her siblings, Jerry Moore of Amherst and Connie Davis (Robert) of North Carolina; her sister-in-law Kathy Moore of Wakeman; her friends, Dianna, Jim Gargasz, Debbie and John Fields; her son Jim; and her grandchildren, James Gargasz (Miranda) and Carrie Balthaser (Eric).
