She was predeceased by: her parents, Maxine Packer and Edward Packer. She is survived by: her husband James Belskis; her children, Anne Spencer (David) of New London and Michael Belskis (Mary); her grandchildren, Bradley Spencer (Alexa) and Grace DeLillo (Jordan); her great grandchild Camilla Spencer; and her siblings, Mark Packer of Avon Lake, Karen Knable of Avon and Terry Rice of Strongsville.
A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (200 St Joseph Dr, Amherst, OH 44001).
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to the St. Joseph School Tuition Fund or the Vincentians.
