She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Zazvrskey and Mildred Zazvrskey (Ignacio Chavez Jr.). She is survived by: her son David Chavez (Antionette); and her brother Michael Zazvrskey (Judy). She is also survived by many loving family members and numerous lifelong friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the River Church (210 Cooper Foster Park Rd, Amherst, OH 44001). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
