He was predeceased by: his wife Corene A. Kiser; his siblings, James Kiser, Walter Kiser, Jr. and Myrtle Reynolds; and his parents, Walter Earl Sr. and Florence Kiser.
He is survived by: his children, Verla May Fleming of Jackhorn, KY, Timothy Ray Kiser (Janet) of Lorain, Jennifer Krause (Rick) of Lorain, James Kiser (Laurie) of Amherst, Joseph Kiser of Lorain and Bobbie Jo Kiser of Amherst; and his sister Sue Stiles (Roger) of Cincinnati. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
