He is survived by: his wife Margaret Perkins (Klingenmeier); his children, Holly Lajeunesse (Jason) of Greenland, Kristen Hogan (Joseph) of Virginia Beach, Thomas Stark (Rhonda) of Vermilion and Laura Schaefer (John) of Amherst; his grandchildren, Joshua, Sam, Zachary, Charles, Renae, Brittany and Tyler; and his brothers, Richard Perkins (Gail Green) of Amherst and Robert Perkins of Waukegan, IL.. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; three nieces.
A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, August 25th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (200 St Joseph Dr, Amherst, OH 44001).
