He was predeceased by: his parents, Milard Holbrook and Edna Holbrook; his wife Ida Hannah Holbrook; his sons-in-law, Clifford Bowles and Jack Kramer; his brothers, Bual Holbrook and Marvin Holbrook; and his great grandchildren, Chloe Keslar and Tessa Pack.
He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Ward (Wayne) of Lookout, Susan Bowles of Lorain and Sheila Kramer of Lorain, Ohio.; his close friend Joan Powers; and his siblings, Mildred Marcum of Wakeman, Phyllis Joy Dickel of Vermilion, Ohio, Merrill of Whitesburg, Ralph of Lorain, Bobby of Somerset, Lowell of Sandusky, Norman of Amherst, Eugene of Vermilion and Billy of Borden. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
The family suggests that memorial contributions in Willie's memory be made to the Lorain County Metro Parks, honoring his lifelong love of the outdoors and nature.
