With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Darl Cline of Amsterdam, Ohio, who passed away on October 1, 2025 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Darl is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Darl's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Cline and Arabella Cline; and his siblings, Ray Eugene Cline and Maxine Call. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Cline (Sutton); and his children, David Cline (Denise) of Lisbon, OH and Judith Heiss of Wyoming. He is also survived by his 6 grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 5th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home (685 Canton Rd, Wintersville, OH 43953). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Valley Hospice/Traditions Health Hospice or to the Richmond Methodist Church.
