She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Warner and Ethel Ambler Warner; and her husband Joe Ondusko. She is survived by: her children, Craig Ondusko (Traci) of Amsterdam and Nikki Glenn (Charlie) of Irondale; her grandchildren, Aly Rawson (Marcus), Nicholas Glenn (Kayla) and Logan Glenn (Taylor); and her great grandchildren, Harlow, Henley, Lowen and Piper.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Debbie's name to Valley Hospice in Steubenville, Ohio, so that others may receive the same compassionate care that meant so much to her and her family.
