He is survived by : his mother Susan Lescalet Hubbard (Raymond) of Smithfield; his wife Daphne Strickling; his son Ben Butler; his stepdaughters, Laura, Crystal and Rebecca; his sisters, Lisa Brashear and Leigh Ann Little (David); his former life partner Lori Butler; and his close friends, Bryan Mickey (Teresa) and Cunningham. He is also survived by thirteen step-grandchildren; two step great-grandsons.
