He is survived by: his daughter Kathleen McCulloch (Michael) of Andover; his grandsons, Patrick, James McCulloch, Kenneth and Kaleb Holly; his brother Daniel J. Fox of Aliquippa; his nephew Daniel Fox; and his niece Erica Fox.
