He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd M. Smith and Mabel C. Smith (Baker); and his sisters, Marilyn Ruth and Linda Smith. He is survived by: his son Shane Smith; his daughter-in-law Amy Smith of Santa Rosa, CA; his granddaughter Cora; and his siblings, Althea Torbert (Charles) of Winter Haven, FL and Michael Smith of Naples, Florida..
