Visitation was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Fleming & Billman Funeral Directors (526 W Prospect Rd, Ashtabula, OH 44004). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Fleming-Billman Funeral Home (526 W Prospect Rd, Ashtabula, OH 44004).
