It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Iuta Overly of Andover, Ohio, born in Stidham, Oklahoma, who passed away on December 13, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Sutterfield Robertson and Emma Robertson (Burdine); her former life partner Clifton Wesley Outten; and her husband Lyle Wayne Overly. She is survived by : her children, Clifton W. Outten II, David Outten and Ginny L. Outten; her grandchildren, David A. Outten and Amanda K. Outten; and her great grandchild Lea E. Amon. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Crawford County, 766 Liberty Street, Meadville, Pa 16335.
