He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick L. Border, Sr. and Gertrude A. Border (Diable). He is survived by: his daughters, Brandi Reed of Monroeville, PA, Debbie McWilliams of Plum, PA, Vanessa Baker of Tarentum, PA and Corrin Gandy of Surprise, AZ; and his sister Theresa Kochugha of West Newton, PA.. He is also survived by his 12 grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM and from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Baumgardner Funeral & Cremation Service - Prospect St (134 Prospect St, Andover, OH 44003).
