He is survived by: his children, Kristen Kratochvil (Jennifer) of Canton, Ohio and Christopher Kratochvil (Samantha) of Brookfield, Ohio; his grandsons, Brandon and Japer; and his sisters, Delma Kaltenbaugh (Tom) of Andover, Ohio and Karen Wagner (Ron) of Andover, Ohio. He is also survived by 5 grandaughters and eight great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, and many dear friends.
