He is survived by: his daughter Ashley Misterka (Rick) of Willoughby; his brother Jerry Brest (Diana) of Windsor; his grandsons, Ricky and Jackson; and his sibling's children, Brittany Harmes (Kegan) of Kansas and Jacob Brest (Justin O'Dell) of Warren.
