He is survived by: his wife Laurie Buie of Andover, OH; his children, Teresa Lowe (David) of Amsterdam, NY and John F. Buie II (Joy) of Clarksville, TN; and his sister Linda Buie-Marshall of Andover, OH. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren.
